Graceling

This book is
great for everyone who enjoys reading about older times, and loves adventure
stories. Graceling takes place in the times where there were kingdoms, voyages
on ships, and traveling on horseback. In a short explanation Graceling is about
a girl named Katsa who was born with a great skill, also known as a
"Grace." In these seven kingdoms anyone who is "graced" is
either feared or exploited by higher authorities to achieve what they
want.
Katsa
despises what her grace is, because her grace is being a killer. She is a great
fighter and almost invincible, but her uncle king of the Middluns forces her to
punish and torture his enemies. Then, she meets Prince Po who becomes her
friend, who is a great combat fighter.
Graceling is
not only a great story but can also teach you a few things along the way, and
keep you entertained at the same time. If you are a person that does not
usually enjoy books like this I recommend that you give it a try. This story
might be able to change your mind, and leave you wanting to read more. If you
already enjoy reading stories like this, Graceling might make that liking grow.
